Below are instructions and what you will need to request a change to your car insurance policy with Premier Shield Insurance companies.

Premier Shield utilizes those carriers dedicated service teams. 
You MUST call the carrier directly to process your vehicle change request.)

What You Will Need When Changing the Vehicles on Your Policy

 

When adding/removing/switching plates/ and requesting a new Registration and Title Application, it’s important to be as detailed as possible. The average turnaround time for RTA forms is 48 to 72 hours or 2 to 3 business days. Please indicate if you would like to pay a $50 convience fee for a faster turn-around time.

  • Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
  • Purchase Date
  • Previous Title Number
  • Email or Fax Number to send back the RTA (Registration and Title Application).
  • Coverage Requested (Full/Basic/Lease)

This form request does not bind or guarantee coverage changes. You should call your insurance company service center for same-day changes.
